Past Experiences:

Members of the Lubke Construction team completed numerous condo projects in the Tampa Bay area for the developer Opus.  The experience of these projects ranges from office Project Management to on site Superintendent.   Three of these projects are featured below.

The first project, Parkshore Plaza, a 30 story, 118 unit 446,000 SF design-build condominium with 11,000 SF of elevated amenity area, 6 custom penthouse units, 24,000 SF of retail space, and (2) 3 story parking structures for 277 cars.

The second project, 400 Beach Drive, a 29 story, 93 unit 424,000 SF design build condominium with 40,000 SF of elevated amenity area, 23,000 SF of retail space, and a 3 story  parking structure for 233 cars.

This project was awarded two prestigious awards by AGC of Greater Florida “Best New Building Construction Project- Greater Than $30 Million” and “Project of the Year” for all categories.

The third project, Waters Edge, a 26 story, 153 unit design build project, with a 3 story above ground and 2 below ground 325 parking structures, a 30,000 SF elevated amenity area, and 10,000 SF of retail space.  This was a tunnel form project with a pour cycle of 5 days per floor.

Past experience also includes convention centers, apartment complexes, country club clubhouses, large scale residential site development, military facilities, and office complexes.
